Coaching Network 

Coaching network in Brazil has been a blessing for Pastors and churches. The Cell Church Movement exists in Brazil for about twenty years helping churches to make a transition to cells. We had a good network of cell churches all over the country. We Knew we needed a mentoring or coaching system to build a strong support and care system for Pastors and churches. After some failed attempts, Pastor Ben Wong told us about the successful experience in Japan. We decided to transform the already existing church networks into coaching networks in different regions. With the help of Pastor Ben, today we have 76 churches and pastors faithfully participating, and another 15 churches involved, and on their way to become faithful partners. Praise God!
 
We are also experiencing that coaching is leading to a strong church based mission movement. Some of our churches have already sent missionaries, facilitated through the global network. Hallelujah!!!
 
Some of our values are: 
 

• Every Pastor should have somebody to listen to his needs, and receive help in his walk. Nevermore lonely Pastors!

• Every Pastor should have somebody with more experience to help to increase his potential and abilities.

• Every Pastor should have an older brother, even if the coach is younger, to take care and protect him. A shoulder to lean his head on, and cry.

• Every Pastor should have a good role model of how to pastor his flock.

• Every Pastor should receive help as to improve his personal, spiritual, financial and family life.

• Etc…
