Stefan from the International Christian Life Hall Sham Shui Po Church shares through this scripture that our God comes down to earth, allowing us to show care for the community from the perspective of himself. He also encourages us not only caring for ourselves but also others.
The church of Stefan has its volunteer team to serve the elderly; by distributing meals weekly at the underneath of Tung Chau Street Flyover; and organizing regular carnivals on the street, e.t.c.. Everyone in his church would then concretely get involved to serve the community of Sham Shui Po.
“In these ten years, no matter how big or small the service is, we are staying persistent.” Stefan said.
